Final OT update

A final update to the Observing Tool has been made before the deadline. This fixes some issues that were found regarding the calculation of executive shares, particularly those for Large Programs. Under some circumstances, it was also not possible to submit a proposal that included the stand-alone ACA. More information can be found at the Known Issues page where the fixes are labelled as C4_010 and C4_011.

Restart the ALMA Observing tool to pick up the (u2) update or visit:http://almascience.org/proposing/observing-tool and download the new tarball or to access the new Webstart version.
